Procedure for Resolution of Complaints

Complaints can be filed:

  • via mail or directly in our office at A.Weizenbergi 20, 10150, Tallinn

 

Please provide your name, personal code, contacts, date of the complaint, complaint and facts. If possible, add additional data and documents, which will help us to speed up the process.

Your complaint will be reviewed within 15 days, OÜ Krediidiregister will notify if this deadline cannot me held with the reasons for the delay and a new deadline.
